When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel's journey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested unless they are faulty.
Are Nip + Fab products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, and we do not work with manufacturers that do.
How do I know which products are right for my skin type?
Each product page features a 'Skin Type' guide. Generally, our Glycolic Fix range is great for exfoliation, while our Hyaluronic Fix range is perfect for those needing intense hydration.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at the checkout stage.
Can I use Glycolic acid and Retinol together?
We recommend using these active ingredients at different times of the day or on alternating nights to avoid skin irritation. Always remember to apply SPF the following morning.
